Canned Orange Juice Canned Raw Materials

1. Oranges: should be fresh and good, moderate in size, mature, normal in flavor, free of serious malformation, dry up, and no rot caused by pests and machinery.

2. White sugar: It should meet the requirements of GB 317.1.

3. Food additives: The use of methyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose (GB 1904), citric acid (GB 1987) and hesperidin is permitted.

4. Concentration of sugar: According to the refractometer when the jar is opened, the premium grade and the first grade product are 14%~18%, and the qualified grade is 12%~16%.
